Heating engineers want to spend the working day doing what they do best; installing and servicing boilers, thus building their profit. At Atmos we realise that the time spent on administration and ordering is time spent not earning. Atmos OnLine is designed to maximise your profit making activity, by allowing you to order at your convenience.
At OnLine you can order from the complete range of Atmos Inter boilers, flue systems and controls. Other Atmos products will be added in the future. Your correct discount will be automatically applied to all orders, so that you will see the actual price you will pay (ex. V.A.T.).
OnLine is an ordering only service (i.e not on line purchasing). No credit card details will be asked for. It is envisgaed that OnLine will develop into a purchasing site in the future.
Ordering OnLine:
You must be logged in (see My Account section), to order items. To order your complete system follow through the clickable menu sections on the left hand pane.
View Order - is where you can see the items in your basket and amend as required. To add new items simply go to the relevant product section and add in the normal manner. In the basket items can be removed or the quantities changed by using the 'Remove' and 'Update Quantities' buttons. When you are satisfied that your order is correct, click the 'Request Order' button. Your correct discount and delivery charge will automatically be applied to your basket.
Once you have selected all the products you want to order then click on Request Order and complete the invoice and delivery details. The Order Number box is for your purchase order number if you use them. As well as full name and address details a valid email address and phone number must also be entered. The Comments/Queries box can also be used to request information or brochures. When complete click the 'Continue' button. A Thank You screen should appear and confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Order processing - Your order will be sent immediately to our dedicated email address in our order processing department. For customers holding an Atmos Credit account, orders will processed for delivery without further delay, as long as the account is not subject to restrictions. For all other customers Atmos will contact you ASAP to arrange payment details. Orders will then be dispatched. To apply for an Atmos credit account contact us direct or use the Comments/Queries box when ordering. All orders received OnLine are subject to the user having a valid account verified by Atmos. Atmos Heating Systems reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account, if it considers that it has due cause to do so.
Delivery charges - All UK mainland orders received before 11am will be delivered next day (unless otherwise requested). Timed Deliveries are more than normal rates. All rates are for up to one pallet load. UK mainland delivery charges will be shown in the basket.
